Gadgetcnc, a precision machining and fabrication solutions company based in North Hollywood, California is not your average fab-shop. Our shop is a small disadvantage, minority, woman owned business that focuses on delivering the highest quality in craftsmanship, with added value passed on to customers. That is what sets us apart from the average shop. Added value comes from knowing exactly what our customers want. Our job does not end when the part has been deburred, boxed and shipped. Our customers are guaranteed  high-quality products, on time and to spec, exceeding their expectations.  Thanks to my father, I have learned early in life that with hard work, honesty and dedication, anything is possible.. and by those modest, but profound values my father has lived his life. 

I remember dad coming home after a long day’s work in a machine shop, to prepare our meals, help us with our homework and tuck us into bed. His bedtime stories were the best (so he thought). Nonetheless, they were full of dreams, ambitions and positive ideas and always, ended with an important message. He would often tell us to learn and save as much as we could since it was just as important.   Through life experience I have learned that undoubtedly, he has always been right. 

Today we all have invested into our business by putting our personal life savings to work, depositing our collective knowledge, hard work, and determination, all which will inevitably contribute to the success of business partners. My duty as an Owner/Partner is to lead our business in becoming the successful company we have been preparing for all our lives. 

A machine shop business is not all about sculpting a raw piece of metal or material into a shaped artwork, or just a functional piece. There are other important components that go into helping our business thrive. Such components consist of 

• Providing customers with proper documentation 
• Coordinating shop schedules
• Managing financial responsibilities
• Contract managing and negotiations
• Conducting HR functions
• Preparing manufacturing planning
• Shipping and Receiving ..and the list goes on.

 More importantly,  there is the satisfaction of providing our customers with the most effective and professional customer service possible. 

GadgetCNC was founded in 2015 by Ignacio aka "Maestro". He is the company's hero and continues to lead its business in the areas of shop production, planning, scheduling and CNC programming.  Not only is he our business partner, but our mentor and the go-to guy for technical advice. Other family members get to wear a lot of hats too - from the office staff receiving and processing your orders, to the team running the machines to ensure you are satisfied with your manufactured goods. Together we have have achieved what only a committed family can: high quality products and customer service which surpass our customer’s expectations, in order for a relationship that will allow us all to grow stronger together for a lifetime.
